The Ebook is filled with HUNDREDS of pages with very useful information to help get you in to the world of powerlifting. Tim brings up many useful information such as:

  • Powerlifting Squat routine
  • The History of Powerlifting
  • Powerlifting World Records
  • And simply how to BREATH
The thing I liked most about his ebook was his squat and deadlift workout. I used his powerlifting deadlift workout and after 3 months made some HUGE gains 100 pounds on my deadlift. But I couldn't have done it without his powerlifting Squat workout as it really gets your legs and core in shape for the deadlift.


One of the many things I have ever heard of was breathing technique it's amazing what little tips can do to make a big effect on your workout! 

CONCLUSION: I would recommend this product because Tim has been in to powerlifting most of his life and tells some great tips on how to get the most out of your workouts. Click the link below to check it out!
